1/2 package of garbanzo beans (soaked)
Juice of one lemon
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Fresh herbs
In a food processor, mash garbanzo beans into a paste. While the processor is running, drizzle lemon juice and olive oil until beans become smooth and creamy. Add herbs, salt to taste.
Easy. Cheap. Healthy.
